A common lisp code walker that turns CL forms into a tree of CLOS AST nodes, and vica versa. Useful for implementing e.g. delimited continuations (cl-delico), lisp1 semantics, etc.
cl-walker is based on the walker Marco Baringer wrote in Arnesi.
