Paper by Ramana Rao, William York and Dennis Doughty published in 1990(?) by Lisp Pointers.
It provides an overview of CLIM's facilities and presents a series of examples. Although the sample code is based on an obsolete version of CLIM, the concepts discussed in the paper are still valid and useful for understanding CLIM.
