CLOCC (Common Lisp Open Code Collection) is a large collection of free, portable, self-contained and ready to use libraries and software. It includes development tools, GUI toolkits, portability layers, utilities, and much more.
Although CLOCC is actively maintained, formal releases are infrequent because the most common method of distribution is via CVS.
