Lispworks customer service
Dave Fox at least occasionally personally answers the phones at Lispworks: he took my order for Lispworks Pro. Maybe they have different titles in the UK, but this is not something I'd've expected a Director to do. More fool I, I guess. :)
Anyway, we had a nice chat about what attracted me to Lispworks, and what I planned to do with it, and there was some indication that he'd Googled me and read some of my resume. It's pretty cool to see a company take a personal interest in its users.
