Overview
The association of Common Lisp, the programmable programming language, with FPGAs (programmable hardware) yield a very powerful system which outperforms current high end multicore servers by 2 or 3 orders of magnitude.
As FPGA programming is really tedious, HPC Platform uses Common Lisp to write compilers and tools which directly generate the hardware.
